About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast‑growing technology company in Munich. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting our strategic hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and contract signing.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through active sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to advise on hiring strategies and market trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the internal Clusterix system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of recruiting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and onboard a small micro‑team of recruiters.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a high‑pace, changing environment.
• Strong ownership, independence, and pragmatic problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, with a professional presentation style.
• Goal‑oriented, data‑driven, and able to set and achieve ambitious targets.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long‑term talent pipelines and scaling processes.
