Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead high‑impact organic growth initiatives across multiple international digital assets. You will own advanced SEO projects in a fast‑scaling, performance‑driven environment, collaborating with marketing, development, content, and link‑building teams to boost visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to uncover SEO opportunities in competitive niches.
• Develop, optimise, and scale SEO‑driven assets such as review sites, satellite projects, and niche domains.
• Define SEO architecture, including site structure, internal linking, and content optimisation.
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, developers, and link‑building teams.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawlability and indexing issues, and improve overall site health.
• Build, manage, and scale PBN networks while monitoring rankings and traffic.
• Experiment with advanced techniques like indexing strategies, automation scripts, and unconventional growth methods.
• Oversee link‑building performance to ensure quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial SEO experience, preferably in highly competitive or grey‑area sectors such as iGaming, gambling, betting, adult, or pharma.
• Proven track record of successful SEO projects in these niches.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking signals, penalties, and recovery strategies.
• Ability to design and execute SEO strategies from planning through implementation.

Required skills

• Advanced SEO methodologies (parasite SEO, doorway strategies, PBN management, expired domain utilization).
• Technical SEO audits and site health optimisation.
• Automation scripting for SEO processes.
• Google search optimisation and algorithm knowledge.
