Senior Software Engineer – AI Healthcare Platform

About the role

Join praxipal to help scale Luna, an AI‑powered receptionist that is expanding into full‑cycle patient communication. You will work on a fast‑moving health‑tech startup, designing, building, and operating production systems that support thousands of medical practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship AI‑driven workflow automations that free up hours for medical staff.
• Build intelligent agents that evolve Luna from a receptionist into a comprehensive AI employee.
• Engineer deep integrations with practice‑management systems to unlock unique capabilities.
• Architect a highly scalable platform on AWS and GCP with high availability and low latency.
• Own the full reliability lifecycle: observability, alerting, incident response, and post‑mortems.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling for fast, safe releases.
• Develop reusable patterns, internal tooling, and integration test suites to accelerate onboarding of new services.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping and operating production‑grade products used by real customers.
• Clear communicator who thrives in high‑tempo, low‑hierarchy teams.
• Confident architect of scalable software from design through operation.
• Several years of startup experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Berlin.
