Senior Software Engineer – Mobile & Backend

About the role

Our client, an innovative health‑technology company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to shape digital products that improve everyday health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with product, design and domain experts to deliver new features across both mobile and backend platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
• Build and extend backend services with Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Create and consume REST APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MS SQL.
• Set up and maintain Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in building mobile applications.
• Solid experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of features.
