Senior Streetwear Designer – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are a Berlin‑based alternative streetwear brand looking for a visionary Senior Streetwear Designer to lead our creative direction. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Germany. You will translate edgy, tattoo‑inspired art into commercially viable garments while supporting a rapid drop schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative direction: lead concept, design, and execution of apparel graphics and collections, delivering production‑ready artwork.
• Conduct deep‑dive trend research across fashion, music, art, and subcultures to set cutting‑edge design directions.
• Rapidly visualize ideas, moving from sketch or mock‑up to final layered files that meet a 3‑4 drop‑per‑week cadence.
• Prepare technically flawless files with correct layering, color separations, and print specifications for various techniques and fabrics.
• Use sales data, marketing insights, and community feedback to refine designs and maximize collection performance.
• Collaborate closely with the internal creative team and founders throughout each fast‑paced drop cycle.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of senior‑level experience in streetwear or alternative apparel design.
• A strong, recognizable portfolio demonstrating originality and commercial streetwear instincts.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, especially with apparel mock‑up files and color separations.
• Solid understanding of apparel production, including print techniques, trims, fabrics, and how digital designs translate onto garments.
• Highly reliable, self‑driven, structured, and capable of working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
