Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Germany

About the role

Focused Energy is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring initiatives across Germany. You will partner with hiring managers and the global recruiting team to attract top talent for scientific, engineering, and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of disciplines including science, engineering, finance, and marketing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role scopes, hiring needs, and guide decision‑making.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating technical competence and cultural fit.
• Provide structured feedback and regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Advise teams on labor‑market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Represent Focused Energy at industry events, job fairs, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team to share knowledge, improve processes, and align hiring efforts across regions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical and engineering roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Preferred experience in high‑growth startups, manufacturing/hardware industries, or international recruiting outside Europe.
