Senior Talent Partner – GTM Recruitment

About the role

Scout is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join its growing GTM recruitment team in Berlin. This is a six‑month fixed‑term position (with the possibility of extension) working hybrid, with 1‑2 days per week in the office. You will be embedded within one of Scout’s key client organisations, adopting their culture and leading end‑to‑end hiring for sales and commercial roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, go‑to‑market and commercial positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal talent acquisition teams to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Source, engage and assess candidates, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Proven track record recruiting for sales, GTM or commercial functions.
• Experience in either in‑house or agency recruitment settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employer brand.
