Senior Teamcenter Developer (PLM Migration)

About the role

HCLTech is looking for a Senior Teamcenter Developer to lead complex PLM migration and transformation initiatives. You will focus on data migration, system integration, and automation within Siemens Teamcenter environments for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL migration solutions for Teamcenter data.
• Transform, map, and validate PLM data such as items, BOMs, datasets, and documents.
• Maintain data integrity, structure, and version history throughout migration cycles.
• Execute migration rehearsals, UAT, and cut‑over phases, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Analyze errors, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective fixes.
• Develop automation tools for data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter (RAC / AWC).
• Hands‑on expertise in ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.
• Deep understanding of the Teamcenter data model, workflows, and BOM structures.
• Proven experience in data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling.
• Solid programming or scripting skills (Java, Python, SQL, Shell, or Perl).
