Senior/Staff Product Manager – Growth

About the role

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for next‑generation private markets. As a Senior or Staff Product Manager for Growth you will lead a small squad to discover, validate and ship products that open the up‑market segment of larger VC funds and private‑equity managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end‑to‑end, from discovery to commercial outcomes.
• Identify target up‑market accounts with Commercial, conduct discovery calls, demos and scope POCs.
• Spot recurring problems across large VC and PE funds and define high‑ROI solutions.
• Prototype quickly using AI tooling so prospects can interact with concepts within weeks.
• Run fast, low‑cost experiments, kill failing ideas quickly and double‑down on winners.
• Convert working prototypes into paid POCs and then into signed contracts.
• Lead a small engineering team as an active, hands‑on product manager.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product experience delivering revenue‑generating products.
• Senior or staff‑level experience running a squad autonomously.
• Strong fintech background with knowledge of financial‑services regulation and sophisticated buyers.
• Commercial mindset, comfortable discussing business cases with fund CFOs or COOs.
• Experimental temperament, thriving on high‑risk, high‑reward work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and small teams, preferring deep ownership of hard problems.
• Exposure to private markets (VC, PE, fund administration) is a plus.
• Experience in growth, new‑ventures or incubation functions is a plus.
