SEO Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Product Manager to lead organic growth for a global digital platform serving millions of users. Based in Germany, you will combine SEO expertise with product management to design scalable solutions that boost search visibility and user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and co‑own the SEO product strategy and roadmap, from concept through testing and iteration.
• Design and guide development of large‑scale SEO systems such as internal linking, automated content optimisation, taxonomy management and indexability workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, BI and marketing teams to embed SEO requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve organic search performance, reporting and technical SEO infrastructure.
• Design and execute SEO experiments using automation and AI to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Translate complex technical SEO requirements into clear product specifications and scalable architecture decisions.
• Define and monitor success metrics including organic traffic, indexation performance and search visibility.
• Conduct competitive analysis and build data‑driven business cases for SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO and managing large‑scale SEO initiatives.
• Proven product management experience delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work across engineering, data and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements to stakeholders.
