SEO Specialist (Strategy & Growth)

About the role

This role focuses on driving measurable organic growth through strategic SEO planning, technical optimisation and high‑impact content execution. You will shape how users discover digital products across search engines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and quarterly OKRs.
• Manage a continuous pipeline of SEO actions, balancing technical improvements, content opportunities and growth experiments.
• Oversee technical SEO performance, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, structured data and platform health.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability and support migrations or structural changes.
• Lead keyword research and user‑intent mapping to guide content strategy, briefs, metadata, schema and on‑page optimisation.
• Design and execute off‑page SEO tactics such as backlink acquisition through digital PR and partnerships.
• Monitor SEO performance with analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, engineering and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across all initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑driven, agency or enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimisation, indexing, site structure and JavaScript considerations.
• Proven experience in content strategy, keyword research, on‑page optimisation and conversion‑focused SEO execution.
