Site Supervisor – Maritime Electrical Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities on board maritime projects in Emden, Germany. You will be the primary point of contact on site, ensuring smooth execution while managing personnel, subcontractors, logistics, quality, safety, schedules, and costs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and commissioning on vessels.
• Coordinate activities with the Site Manager, client representatives, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, logistics, and additional resources as needed.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and safety performance.
• Report progress, additional work, and potential risks.
• Support technical issue resolution to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering with Technician or Master Craftsman certification.
• Experience in electrical installation within shipbuilding or the maritime sector (preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented working style.
• Willingness to develop technical knowledge through training.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
