Site Supervisor – Onshore Wind (Civil Focus), German Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, native‑German speaking Site Supervisor to join a long‑term onshore wind project in Germany. The role blends periodic on‑site supervision with construction‑management support, ensuring high‑quality delivery of civil works, cable laying, and wind‑turbine‑generator (WTG) installation and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cable‑laying activities and ensure compliance with German standards.
• Supervise WTG delivery, installation, and commissioning on site.
• Manage contractors and represent the client during weekly site visits.
• Conduct quality‑control checks for civil, electrical, and turbine works.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, documentation, and compliance records.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with fluent communication skills.
• 10+ years of experience in German onshore wind construction supervision (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of German construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience working in complex environments such as forests or rough terrain.
