Social Client Solutions Manager (DACH)

About the role

The Social Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of DACH‑region clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving growth through strategic social media initiatives. This role focuses on account stewardship, campaign execution and providing expert guidance on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, driving retention, upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns that align with client KPIs and budgets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver post‑campaign reports and recommend actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social media trends, ad formats and platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, transitions and ongoing support.
• Support senior client solutions managers and contribute to team knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in paid social, social campaign management or performance‑driven social roles within media or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising ecosystems and best practices.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
