Social Media Manager (all genders)

About the role

lehof is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to shape and amplify the online presence of its international clients. You will work in a creative consultancy environment, driving brand voice across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content independently for multiple client accounts.
• Develop social media strategies and editorial calendars together with strategy and creative teams.
• Manage community interactions, moderate comments and foster engagement.
• Monitor emerging trends, formats and platform updates to keep content ahead of the curve.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce reports and optimise content based on KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, video producers, account managers, strategists and PR specialists.
• Co‑create storytelling concepts, campaigns and brand experiences for digital channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of professional social‑media experience, preferably in an agency, startup or creative setting.
• Strong sense for digital trends, content quality and social storytelling.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite or Later.
• Ability to balance creative vision with structured execution.
• Experience with formats like Reels, Stories, memes or user‑generated content.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Bonus: experience with paid social, influencer marketing or digital campaigns.
