Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to shape the voice of a fast‑growing non‑profit foundation focused on building innovation ecosystems. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with emerging technologies, AI, and entrepreneurship while creating inspiring content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content such as posts, articles, newsletters, short‑form videos, reels, graphics, and event coverage.
• Translate complex topics around AI, innovation, entrepreneurship and government initiatives into accessible stories.
• Maintain a consistent, recognizable voice for the foundation and its flagship initiatives.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, programs and events.
• Cover webinars, conferences, startup programs and ecosystem activities through live and post‑event content.
• Monitor analytics, optimize performance and experiment with new formats and channels.
• Engage with the online community and strengthen relationships with founders, partners and innovators.
• Collaborate closely with partnerships and program teams to identify compelling stories.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands, startups, media or mission‑driven organisations.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for compelling visual content.
