Social Media Manager – Munich (French native)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Manager who is a native French speaker to lead our social presence from Munich. You will shape the brand voice, build partnerships with influencers and brands, and drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and additional channels.
• Manage community interactions – respond to comments, DMs and foster genuine engagement.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and translate them into actionable content improvements.
• Identify, approach and collaborate with creators whose aesthetic and values match the Motel a Miio brand.
• Execute influencer campaigns and partnerships from concept through delivery.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with a strong feel for language, culture and community.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Based in Munich and motivated to join a growing lifestyle brand.
• Minimum 2 years experience in social media, marketing or influencer marketing.
• Passion for Instagram and TikTok beyond trends and algorithms.
