Social Media Manager – Organic Channels

About the role

Trusted Shops is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the organic presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. You will craft platform‑specific storytelling that highlights trust, authenticity and AI, while fostering an engaged community.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily management of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, creating channel‑specific content plans aligned with brand priorities.
• Produce and publish organic content in formats such as short videos, posts and visual stories, continuously monitoring performance.
• Build and nurture an active community through dialogue, moderation and timely responses.
• Conduct social listening, analyse channel metrics and apply data‑driven optimisations to boost reach and engagement.
• Develop social‑first content formats, ensuring visual and tonal consistency with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Design, PR and Product Marketing to align social activities with broader brand objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
