About the role

Stripe is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Collaboration team, which builds internal tools that help Stripe employees work smarter and more efficiently. You will focus on creating innovative, GenAI‑powered experiences that boost productivity across a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack web features for internal collaboration tools.
• Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teams to define success metrics and prioritize work.
• Own solutions end‑to‑end, from concept through production, while ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact and iterate on improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building rich web experiences with modern frameworks.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, from UI to workflow automation and reliability.
• Enjoys direct user interaction and crafting creative solutions to real problems.
