Software Engineer - Frontend (Angular)

About the role

Shiftmove is looking for a Frontend‑focused Software Engineer to join the team behind Avrios, a fleet‑management platform used by thousands of B2B customers across Europe. You will design, build and ship production‑grade features that enable AI‑assisted workflows and complex fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Feature Ownership: design, develop, test and release frontend features from concept to production.
• Problem‑Driven Development: translate customer and business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Product Collaboration: work closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape and improve features.
• Engineering Decision‑Making: propose solutions, evaluate trade‑offs and contribute to technical discussions.
• Reliable Delivery & System Improvement: ship features in a high‑frequency release cycle while enhancing system stability and reducing technical debt.
• Knowledge Sharing: mentor teammates and help improve engineering practices.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and experience building production‑grade frontend applications.
• Ability to think in first principles, balance speed, scalability and complexity.
• Self‑driven ownership from idea to production in fast‑paced environments.
• Understanding of user needs and business impact behind features.
• Quick learning agility, asking questions and adapting to complex systems.
• Pragmatic decision‑making, prioritising value over perfection.
• Collaborative mindset, willing to support backend topics when needed.
