Solutions Engineer (English)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at NinjaOne, you will bridge the gap between our technology and customers, delivering technical expertise on both pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements. You will become the go‑to expert on the NinjaOne platform, helping partners integrate and optimise our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep technical knowledge of the NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform.
• Consult partners on implementation, process improvement, and synergy creation.
• Resolve complex scenarios, custom requests, and devise work‑arounds or alternative solutions.
• Support the sales team by answering advanced technical questions from prospects and customers.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and help shape future product features.
• Coach sales teams, deliver external training, and promote NinjaOne solutions.
• Act as a brand advocate and perform other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Growth‑mindset, solution‑oriented, and comfortable giving/receiving feedback.
• Bonus: background in MSP or internal IT helpdesk, familiarity with RMM/Backup tools, API and scripting knowledge, additional languages.
