Solutions Engineer – French

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer you will explain the technical and functional aspects of NinjaOne’s platform to users, primarily on the post‑sales side, while also supporting pre‑sales activities. You will become an expert on the platform and work closely with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep technical knowledge of the NinjaOne platform and modern IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on implementation, process improvement, and integration of NinjaOne products.
• Solve complex scenarios, investigate custom requests, and propose workarounds or alternative solutions.
• Answer advanced technical questions from prospects and customers, and coach sales teams on the product suite.
• Provide external training for partners and act as a brand advocate.
• Gather feedback for the product team and help shape future product direction.

Required profile

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Growth mindset, solution‑oriented, and comfortable giving/receiving feedback.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and backup software.
• Familiarity with APIs and scripting.
• Understanding of IT helpdesk or MSP environments (preferred).
