Sr. HR People Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Senior HR People Operations Specialist you will be the local HR Operations point of contact for Keystone Photonics in Karlsruhe, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while aligning with FormFactor’s global HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRIS, specifically Workday.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.
• Act as the on‑site representative for HR operations within the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or people services.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with both local and central HR teams.
