Store Manager – Munich

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Munich location. The role combines business leadership, people development and operational excellence to deliver sales, profitability and a vibrant store culture aligned with ALO’s mission of mindful movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies based on local market knowledge and business trends.
• Drive sales and profitability by monitoring KPIs and implementing business‑driving initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales, Operations and Visual teams, fostering an inclusive and accountable environment.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure safe, efficient store operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, act as brand ambassador and communicate ALO’s mission to customers.
• Oversee talent analysis, succession planning and recruitment to retain top talent.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Agile mindset with capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and independent work ethic.
• Ability to drive business results in a fast‑paced, innovative setting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
