Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

ALO is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Düsseldorf location. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence while embodying the brand’s mission of mindful movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with local market trends and brand objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust tactics to meet sales targets.
• Foster an inclusive culture, conduct talent assessments, and create succession plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support broader organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong business acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
