About the role
As one of the first Store Managers for Xiaomi EV, you will join the European founding team and help shape the service architecture and governance in new markets. You will own the full operational setup of service centres and have the opportunity to grow into a City Manager role overseeing multiple stores.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in establishing the frontline store operation system and standardized business processes during the preparation phase.
- Take full operational responsibility for Xiaomi EV service centres after launch.
- Drive KPI‑based productivity, quality performance, workforce planning and scalable service structures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service function with a solid understanding of retail business.
- Strong logical thinking and comprehensive problem‑solving capabilities.
