Strategic Partnerships Lead – Central & Eastern Europe

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive business development across Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with the Country Manager and global Partnerships team to create and manage high‑impact collaborations that support our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with Airbnb’s strategic goals.
• Establish, negotiate, and maintain local partnerships across the region.
• Gather input from supply, marketing, product, finance and legal teams to shape partnership strategies.
• Coordinate partnership activities across business functions to ensure alignment.
• Conduct financial modeling and strategic analysis to assess the commercial impact of potential deals.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform partnership decisions.
• Manage and grow the existing partner ecosystem.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or a related field.
• Proven track record of structuring, negotiating and executing growth‑focused partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Experience in consulting, marketing, finance or strategic partnership roles is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
