Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios that help AI models learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with a team of former MBB consultants to ensure the fidelity of the consulting simulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and synthesis of complex data.
