Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistics & 3PL Operations

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Operations team as a Supply Chain Coordinator, supporting courier logistics, gear availability and third‑party logistics (3PL) performance across the UK, Denmark and Germany. This hybrid role blends day‑to‑day coordination with process optimisation to ensure smooth delivery network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating inbound/outbound gear, stock movements, dispatches and returns.
• Support end‑to‑end onboarding logistics for courier partners and fleet companies, including expansion activities.
• Maintain courier onboarding websites on Shopify and WooCommerce, ensuring accurate order flows and product updates.
• Keep SOPs, IOPs and process maps up to date while identifying recurring warehouse or last‑mile issues and proposing fixes.
• Collaborate with country operations, sourcing, finance and external partners to resolve operational questions and aid new market integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, 3PL performance management or warehouse operations within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Ability to follow SOPs, manage routine and non‑routine logistics tasks reliably and troubleshoot moderate operational issues.
• Clear, action‑oriented communication in fluent English and a track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Hands‑on, get‑it‑done attitude with strong organisational skills to handle shifting priorities under pressure.
