Supply Chain Planner – Global Operations

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner you will support the planning of multiple brands within Merz Aesthetics' product portfolio. You will ensure the right amount of product is available for each customer each month, while collaborating closely with production, sales and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Determine monthly supply requirements by material and customer, guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and provide tactical outlooks based on key performance indicators.
• Support strategic decisions for future supply network design.
• Drive supply chain activities for new product introductions (NPI).
• Maintain master data in SAP, Business Warehouse and ANAPLAN.
• Manage inventory throughout the supply chain and coordinate with production sites.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to shorten cycle times and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑aesthetic sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured work style and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English; German or French language skills are advantageous.
