Supply Chain Quality Manager – Aircraft Wing Moveables

About the role

Airbus Commercial in Bremen is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager responsible for the quality and delivery performance of aircraft wing moveables. The role sits in the Supplier Chain Quality Management (SCQM) department and acts as the main operational interface with suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on‑time and on‑quality deliveries to final assembly lines and plants.
• Manage delivery recovery actions and secure critical deliveries.
• Monitor supplier process capability and product quality, conducting regular surveillance.
• Support supplier development and long‑term performance improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements, certifications, and quality approvals.
• Contribute to the multi‑functional team (MFT) by representing the supply chain voice alongside engineering, program, and buyer functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier quality or supply chain quality management, preferably in the aerospace sector.
• Ability to work closely with suppliers to drive compliance, risk mitigation, and recovery planning.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
