Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Auterion, you will own the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for our products, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure a seamless global value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and optimise procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling and order management.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies and inefficiencies across the supply chain.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales.
• Design and implement process improvements, ERP configuration, reporting enhancements and workflow automation.
• Document processes, develop SOPs and drive adoption.
• Prepare and analyse KPI reports (delivery performance, inventory levels, etc.).
• Serve as first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages and logistics failures.
• Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in a supply‑chain‑related role (logistics, planning, procurement, or customer service).
• Hands‑on mentality with willingness to support operational tasks.
• High flexibility, motivation and reliability.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• EU citizenship.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Gsuite).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills.
