System Administrator – macOS (all genders)

About the role

You will join the IT Helpdesk team in Berlin, providing both on‑site and remote support to employees in Berlin, Poland and other locations. You will follow existing processes, create new workflows to improve efficiency, and ensure the infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver level 1‑3 support via ticketing system, remote connections, on‑site visits and the IT kiosk.
• Maintain system availability, security and compliance of internal networks.
• Collaborate with other system administrators on monitoring and hosted‑system management.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding of hardware and software for all users.
• Document processes and implement cost‑saving workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in macOS administration.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack and password‑management tools.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with ITIL‑style communication skills.
• Ability to enforce policy compliance and guide users toward correct practices.
• Solution‑focused, hands‑on technical mindset and a team‑player.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Berlin; fluency in English (German a plus).
