System Administrator – Workplace Management

About the role

You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and continuously improving the technical infrastructure at our Munich office. As the first point of contact for employees, you will handle hardware and system issues while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and develop the office’s technical infrastructure.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and system queries.
• Order, issue, inventory, maintain, and replace IT equipment.
• Manage identity and access, including user data and authorizations.
• Collaborate on national and international IT projects.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation and training materials.

Required profile

• Completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or equivalent professional experience.
• Initial experience in client management and network/VPN environments.
• Strong service orientation and solution‑focused work style.
• Fluent German and very good English.
