System Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong individual to join our fast‑paced AI robotics startup as part of the Technical Support team. You will provide exceptional support to customers across Europe, remotely accessing robots using SSH, Docker and Python, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for AI robotics systems, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems using SSH, Docker, Python and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal hardware and software teams to solve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation, improve knowledge‑base content and contribute to product/process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in robotics or technical support roles.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75 % across Europe.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Python programming and debugging.
• SSH remote access.
• Docker container management.
• SQL and database knowledge.
