Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern

About the role

Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern to join its Tech & Product Recruiting Team in Berlin. The internship offers a hands‑on experience in recruitment operations, focusing on candidate experience, interview scheduling, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send communication assets (emails, calendar invites, messages) to keep candidates informed about interview logistics.
• Coordinate a variety of interview formats, from virtual one‑on‑ones to in‑person case‑study panels, adapting schedules to meet candidate and business needs.
• Support the continuous optimisation of recruiting processes by tracking metrics such as time‑to‑schedule and time‑to‑interview, and leading small improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High sense of urgency and agility to respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Empathy and excellent communication skills to serve as a primary point of contact for candidates.
