Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top talent. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build scalable recruiting processes that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, product, commercial and business roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, challenge role requirements and support workforce planning.
• Design, implement and continuously improve recruiting processes, interview structures, scorecards and hiring governance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring performance and produce transparent reporting on key metrics.
• Manage external recruiting partners, ensuring high‑quality delivery and efficient collaboration.
• Drive employer branding initiatives by enhancing candidate communication, social media presence and overall candidate experience.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Executive Search within fast‑growing technology, SaaS, e‑commerce or digital businesses.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruitment across technical, commercial and business functions.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience building recruiting dashboards and improving hiring metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Fluent in German and English.
