Talent Acquisition Partner – Mid-Level Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Talent Acquisition Partner to own full‑cycle recruitment for both non‑technical and occasional technical positions across Europe. You will work closely with hiring managers, guide candidates through the process and help shape our AI‑enhanced hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for open roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring timelines.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, market insights and weekly reports to stakeholders.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Maintain a warm talent pool for hard‑to‑fill or recurring positions.
• Track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted recruiting tools such as Claude and Metaview to enhance sourcing and communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and providing candid guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing platforms).
• Experience or interest in AI recruiting tools (e.g., Claude, Metaview).
