Talent Operations Coordinator – EMEA

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking an energetic Talent Operations Coordinator to help build and support its talent operations infrastructure across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the talent operations team to ensure a smooth interview experience and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) for all open roles across EMEA.
• Streamline the end‑to‑end interview process to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to talent operations strategies and processes.
• Plan and facilitate internal and external company events throughout the EMEA region.
• Support onboarding for new hires as the organization expands.
• Manage and improve interview training for the EMEA organization.
• Handle ad‑hoc talent and general operations tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant practical experience.
• Passionate about delivering great customer (candidate) experiences.
• Basic understanding of talent operations in a fast‑moving business environment.
• Intuitive with the ability to spot areas for operational improvement.
