Talent & People Partner – End‑to‑End Hiring & People Ops

About the role

As a Talent & People Partner at lemon.markets, you will join a fast‑growing fintech team during a critical expansion phase. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for both business and technology positions while also contributing to broader people‑operations initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 360° hiring across Business and Tech, from role definition to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, Google and other channels.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for Operations, Commercial, Compliance, Product and Engineering roles.
• Manage candidate relations and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Support People Operations through HR data reporting, tooling optimisation, onboarding and onsite planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of hiring and people processes using data‑informed insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for both business and technical roles.
• Hands‑on mindset with a focus on efficiency, consistency and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Interest in HR analytics, reporting and process optimisation.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a growing team culture.
