Team Lead - Enterprise AI

About the role

We are seeking a Team Lead to drive the delivery of enterprise AI solutions across multiple business units. This role will shape AI strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure AI products deliver measurable business value at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team focused on enterprise AI solutions and innovation.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment.
• Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities that improve efficiency, automation, and decision‑making.
• Define AI roadmaps, priorities, and delivery strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production‑ready.
• Promote best practices in MLOps, AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied AI teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI delivery and production deployment.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or modern AI platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
• Background in software engineering, machine learning engineering, data engineering, or AI architecture.
• Experience operating within large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on technical insight.
