Team Leader HR – People & Organization

About the role

As Team Leader HR – People & Organization you will lead the HR team in Aachen, shaping the next stage of HR at ModuleWorks. You will develop clear structures, scalable processes and a modern HR organization while acting as a strategic partner to management.

Key responsibilities

• Functional and disciplinary leadership, development and empowerment of the HR team.
• Ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle and compliance with labour law.
• Maintain high‑quality HR master data and manage the HR intranet.
• Create statistics, reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and continuously improve HR processes to make them more digital, efficient and user‑friendly.
• Partner with leaders and executive management on HR matters, supporting organisational change and growth.
• Lead international HR projects, drive digital HR system development and implement smart automations.
• Contribute to leadership development, employer experience and overall HR strategy.

Required profile

• Several years of HR experience, preferably with international responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience characterised by clarity, empathy and integrity.
• Strong knowledge of all HR disciplines, from recruiting and people development to HR operations and off‑boarding.

Required skills

• Experience with modern HR and collaboration tools such as Personio, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and DocuSign.
