Technical Product Manager – Integrations

About the role

As the Technical Product Manager for Integrations at Cosuno, you will shape how our platform connects with the third‑party systems construction companies already use, from ERP tools like RIB iTWO to our open REST API. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that blends product strategy with real‑world implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrations product area, defining the roadmap for the REST API and existing connectors.
• Travel across Germany to install connectors, understand customer data flows, and gather integration requirements.
• Translate customer needs into well‑scoped tickets for engineering, providing the technical context needed for rapid delivery.
• Validate API endpoints, identify gaps, and improve the developer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to minimise friction when customers connect their systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs and integration tools such as Postman.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers, elicit requirements and earn technical trust.
• Strong analytical thinking and the capacity to turn complex integration scenarios into actionable tickets.
• Fluent German and English, with willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
• Regular use of AI tools (LLM assistants, no‑code prototyping) in daily work.
