Technical Quality Manager

About the role

The Technical Quality Manager will lead Geely's technical support function across the German market, ensuring high‑quality after‑sales service, warranty compliance, and efficient resolution of vehicle issues. This senior position combines technical expertise, team leadership, and close collaboration with dealers and service partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dealers' and service partners' technical capabilities, ensuring alignment with headquarters' maintenance guidelines and KPI targets.
• Oversee the launch of new vehicle models, coordinating technical training, special tool allocation, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and maintain a certification system for regional repair capabilities and a national knowledge base of case studies.
• Implement and monitor warranty processes, train warranty specialists, and calculate warranty and extended‑warranty costs.
• Guide German dealer claim specialists, communicate warranty policies, and resolve claim issues promptly.
• Plan and execute dealer warranty audits, driving continuous improvement.
• Allocate personnel, build a talent pipeline, and manage team development, retention, and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in after‑sales roles within a large automotive organization (importer or NSC).
• Experience in fast‑moving environments and strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems, preferably high‑voltage.
• Fluent in German and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic, result‑oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
