Technical Recruiter – EMEA (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the EMEA region on a 1‑year contract. You will work closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract top software and machine‑learning talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for software and ML engineers.
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long‑term talent plans.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract both general and specialized engineering talent.
• Lead structured interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem‑solving ability, and cultural fit.
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support growth.
• Provide data‑driven insights on funnel health, pass‑through rates, and time‑to‑fill.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a proven track record hiring software or ML engineers.
• Strong business partnership skills and ability to influence stakeholders using data.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
