Technical Training Specialist – DACH Region

About the role

Fieldpiece is looking for an experienced Technical Training Specialist to lead technical training initiatives across the DACH region. You will work closely with distributors, training centres and industry professionals to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that support product adoption and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical training representative for the DACH region.
• Design, develop and update technical training curricula, presentations and supporting materials.
• Deliver engaging product and application training to distributors, training centres, contractors and other industry professionals.
• Support existing training centre partners and recruit new ones.
• Build and manage the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network.
• Provide technical training support to internal sales teams and distributor partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Technical Support to align training with business objectives.
• Assist with trade shows, customer events, demonstrations and other industry activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience creating technical training content, curricula and learning materials.
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical training, classroom instruction or workshops.
• Background in the HVAC/R industry, test‑and‑measurement sector or professional tools market.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry trends and Fieldpiece solutions.
