Tour Leader – Flexible Freelance Guide in Munich

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Tour Leaders to showcase Munich’s hidden nightlife, history and culture to international visitors. As a freelance guide you will craft memorable experiences, adding your personal flair to our unique tour concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead groups of up to 30 guests on tours ranging from 2‑hour walks to full‑day experiences.
• Deliver engaging storytelling on topics such as modern gastronomy, dark history, paranormal phenomena and true crime.
• Adapt tour schedules to your availability, working mornings, evenings or nights throughout the year.
• Manage group dynamics, ensure safety and respond to unexpected situations.
• Report directly to senior management and provide feedback on tour content.

Required profile

• Creative, high‑energy individual with a passion for Munich’s culture and niche topics.
• Legal right to work in Germany on a freelance basis.
• Minimum age of 19 and at least one year of residence in Munich.
• Fluent English; German fluency is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, autonomy, customer focus and storytelling abilities.
