Tracking Operator for HBW Balingen-Weilstetten Handball Games

About the role

KINEXON is looking for a motivated Tracking Operator to support the HBW Balingen‑Weilstetten handball team during Bundesliga match days. You will be the on‑site point of contact for the KINEXON tracking system, ensuring accurate data collection and smooth communication between the club, referees and media partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of handball Bundesliga games for HBW Balingen‑Weilstetten.
• Coordinate match‑day workflow for KINEXON equipment and personnel.
• Monitor the KINEXON tracking system during games and verify data quality.
• Communicate with the club, referees and media providers to address any issues.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the service.
• Control and validate performance metrics and data outputs.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sports, especially handball.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with sports statistics.
• Flexible availability for home games (weekends and occasional weekdays up to 4 hours before kick‑off).
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to contribute ideas.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Fundamental networking concepts.
