Trainer – Professional Services Learning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a pedagogical and platform expert to join our Professional Services (PS) team. As a Trainer, you will empower clients to become collaborative learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology, ensuring long‑term engagement and success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the “One‑to‑Many” training offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.
• Develop a scalable learning ecosystem that guides clients from implementation to mastery.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client friction points.
• Host webinars, update Academy content, and define quarterly priorities with your coach.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base (Confluence) with best practices and process documentation.
• Lead projects to improve the One‑to‑Many strategy, such as new webinar formats or localized content.
• Participate in discovery meetings with Product Managers to share client adoption insights.
• Analyze training metrics and iterate on the catalog.
• Onboard and mentor new Trainers, taking ownership of a recurring team pillar.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a client‑facing Customer Success/Support role.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in the learning or education industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Confluence for knowledge‑base management.
