Travel and Tourism Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Content Writer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist travelers. You will work remotely from Germany, engaging in bilingual (German and English) conversations with AI models, measuring their progress, and crafting novel dialogues to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse and complex conversational scenarios for travel‑focused AI chatbots.
• Interact with chatbots in German and English to assess logical flow and accuracy.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to refine model performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with strong linguistic expertise.
• Proven experience in travel content writing and grammar mastery.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
